Who we are

Inebly provides Inebly, a tool that uses AI to categorize Gmail messages, recommend actions, and detect calendar events for review. Contact: privacy@inebly.app.

Data we process

• Account data: your email address, name and profile image from Google sign-in.
• Gmail data: message ID, sender, recipient, subject, date, labels and a short body preview for messages included in a scan.
• AI results: category, confidence score, recommended action, explanation, and structured details of detected events.
• Connection data: which Google account is linked and the access credentials needed to act on your behalf, held encrypted by our infrastructure provider.
• Billing data: subscription status, plan and usage counts. Card details are handled solely by Stripe; we never receive them.
• Operational logs: request and error logs used to keep the service working.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide Inebly: analyzing messages you scan, showing recommendations, performing actions you approve, creating calendar events you approve, enforcing plan limits, and supporting you when you ask. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your email content to train general-purpose AI models.

Processors we rely on

• Our cloud database, auth and hosting provider (data storage and authentication).
• Our AI model provider, which receives limited message metadata and previews to produce classifications and event details, and does not retain them for training.
• Google (Gmail and Google Calendar APIs) for the actions you request.
• Stripe for subscription payments.

Security and access

All personal data is stored per-user and protected by row-level security rules that permit access only to the authenticated owner. Email and calendar data is never shown on public pages. Privileged operations run server-side.

Retention and deletion

Analyses and scan history are kept until you delete them or close your account. Disconnecting Google revokes our ability to act on your mailbox; previously stored results remain until deleted. Email privacy@inebly.app to request export or deletion of your data, and we will act within 30 days.

Your choices

You can decline any Google permission, disconnect Gmail or Calendar in Settings, revoke access from your Google Account, cancel your subscription at any time, or request deletion of your account. See permissions for a scope-by-scope explanation.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
