Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an Inebly account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Inebly connects to your Gmail account with your permission, analyzes messages you choose to scan, and recommends actions. It can apply labels, archive, or move messages to trash, and create Google Calendar events — only for items you explicitly approve. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing recommendations before approving them.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the Google account you connect.

4. Plans, billing and limits

• Inebly Plus costs $2.99 per month and includes 100 unique successfully AI-analyzed emails per billing period.
• Inebly Unlimited costs $5.99 per month with no monthly analysis limit, subject to fair use and abuse protections.
• Prices are in USD, exclusive of any applicable taxes, and billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
• Limits are enforced server-side and reset at the start of each billing period. Only successful analyses count, and each email counts once.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future charges and your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. If you believe you were billed in error, contact support@inebly.app and we will review it. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, which takes effect at your next renewal.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Inebly to break the law, infringe others' rights, access mailboxes you are not authorized to access, circumvent usage limits, or attack or reverse-engineer the service.

7. Your data

You keep all rights to your email and calendar content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy and permissions explainer.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or that AI classifications and event detections are correct.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data resulting from actions you approved.

10. Termination

You may stop using Inebly and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.
